From Conference to Celebration

Verisure set out to create a one-of-a-kind experience for their annual sales conference—an event that would celebrate success, energise the team, and leave lasting memories. Bringing together over 250 colleagues, the aim was to seamlessly transition from a professional daytime conference to a vibrant evening celebration, packed with immersive entertainment. Inspired by the energy of the circus, Verisure wanted a theme that evoked childlike wonder, while making their people feel valued, proud, and motivated for the year ahead.

Technically Creative & Immersive in Every Detail

Set in the incredible Glasshouse, Sparq delivered full end-to-end production, collaborating closely with Verisure to elevate their circus concept into a bold and dynamic “Circoloco” theme. From custom décor and branding to AV, lighting, and entertainment, every detail was carefully curated. Guests arrived via a red carpet and big top entrance, greeted by bubble performers and circus acts, before entering a colourful, high-energy space filled with aerial performers, interactive games, LED installations, and a clown DJ booth rising above the dancefloor. The theming, entertainment, and immersive elements came together to create a party atmosphere like no other.

The feedback was incredible, with guests describing the night as breathtaking, magical, and beyond expectations. From start to finish, the event sparked excitement, pride, and connection—exactly what Verisure set out to achieve. Through creative vision and seamless execution, Sparq helped deliver a standout moment in the team’s journey, one that will be remembered for years to come.
