Supporting Wellbeing Nationwide

Royal Mail’s Mental Health Roadshow was a nationwide initiative aimed at ensuring employees had access to vital mental health support and resources. Taking place across 13 locations from Glasgow to London, the roadshow provided informative and engaging workshops designed to promote awareness and well-being within the organisation. This was the first time Royal Mail partnered with Sparq, and after a successful six-month collaboration, they have already confirmed another event in March 2025.

Seamless Technical Delivery Across the UK

Between April and September, Sparq delivered technical production for 46 events, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution at every stop. Our team, consisting of two technicians and two local crew members, provided staging, audio, screens, and projectors to support the interactive workshop format. With a mix of Royal Mail sites and hotel venues, our adaptable approach ensured smooth delivery in diverse locations.

The success of the roadshow not only provided Royal Mail employees with valuable resources but also demonstrated Sparq’s ability to deliver seamless, multi-location event support. With another event already confirmed, this marks the beginning of a strong and growing partnership.
