A Signature Evening for Manchester Metropolitan University
The Chancellor’s Dinner is one of Manchester Metropolitan University’s flagship events – bringing together senior leaders, partners and guests to celebrate the university’s ongoing impact and ambition. For the 2024 edition, Sparq was appointed to deliver both the creative concept and full technical production.

Bespoke Design for a Landmark Occasion
Hosted on campus following a day of graduation ceremonies, the Chancellor’s Dinner required a setting that was both polished and personal. Working closely with the university’s events team, we designed and built a custom set, tailored to reflect the university’s values and brand. From initial concept through to final build, every detail was developed with impact and elegance in mind.

Our team also delivered the full AV setup for the evening, including lighting, sound, screens and live show support – ensuring smooth delivery throughout speeches, dinner and networking.

Laying Foundations for the Future
With fantastic feedback from attendees and the client team, Sparq is proud to be continuing the partnership – returning to deliver the 2025 Chancellor’s Dinner in the coming weeks.
