The Civil Service Live (CSL) Roadshow connects civil servants, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing. The event features thought-provoking discussions, inspiring speakers, and breakout sessions, celebrating the work of civil servants across the UK. Sparq was appointed as the AV partner for the entire roadshow, providing AV solutions for all breakout rooms.

Delivering a Multi-Venue Experience

Between 7th June and 3rd July 2024, Sparq supported CSL across five UK locations: Edinburgh (EICC), Birmingham (NEC), Blackpool (Winter Gardens), Newport (ICC), and London (ExCeL). Over six days, our target was to deliver 65 breakout sessions, which we achieved across all locations. Our in-house team, including a Project Manager, Producer, and technicians, ensured smooth execution, supported by trusted freelancers where needed. We integrated venue AV equipment with our own, providing a cost-effective and high-quality setup while managing all content requirements. Careful logistics enabled seamless transitions between locations.

Impact & Looking Ahead

With expert AV setups and dedicated technicians in every breakout room, CSL provided an engaging experience for thousands of civil servants. Key topics included AI, career navigation, data integration, and multilingual communication, equipping attendees with valuable insights and skills. The event successfully empowered civil servants with new ideas and innovations.
